"The room smells clean as you come in, always a great start. Spotlessly clean. Rooms are ensuite with a little kitchen area, all decorated differently. We had a little table to eat at as well. Chocolates and home made Welsh cakes with milk in the fridge was a nice touch. Self check in with a pin code key box. Building felt secure. Great views of the hills from the top room. "It is newly renovated; however it was done in a sloppy manner. The door handles were all loose, there were no bulbs in the side lamps I. The bedrooms or a place to plug in if it happen to have a lightbulb. The communication was very poor, it took ages to answer messages and some went un answered. I tried calling several times but only go through on two occasions. The first time the person was helpful the other they were unable to resolve the issue.
