"Booked a king bed but got a double twin bed. Asked receptionist and was informed they were fully booked. Just stayed overnight so no biggie but would’ve bothered us if we had to stay longer. Overall, great hotel and service."

"At a first night we stayed at 1st floor close to the lobby, unfortunately I could hear people talking until late at night at court yard. So we requested a 2nd floor room for a second night, very quiet, We wish this hotel locate a little bit clean and safe area. Since it's located in downtown, I felt not safe and uncomfortable. Otherwise we could walk to Pike Place Market, Seattle Space Needle, Chihuly Garden of Glass Art and Pop of Museum, very convenient. Thanks!"

"The room was clean but you’ll get only soap and shower gel in the bathroom. The complimentary coffee was great and all staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus service to and from the airport is every half hour."

"No breakfast. Flat pillows. Air conditioning marginal. Charge to park if staying there. Cheap and convenient but needs updating. Cords randomly hooked up in weird ways. Definitely not enough outlets."
