"This hotel was very clean and they tried to update the units but you can definitely see places of wear and tear throughout. The King bed was very comfortable but for a room that says it sleeps 4/5 there was absolutely no bedding for the 3rd and 4th people on my reservation. The “bed” for the 3/4/5th people is a hard, leather cheap sectional that we could barely get into a “bed” because it was so clunky."

"Just stayed last minute flight cancelation at 11pm .the app said shuttle service however no number posted in expedia app. Googled the number and there was no answear tryed ai got a different number that was disconnected. To a lyft to site and the shuttle van was there and the phone # was different then the two numbers we had. Not the staff fault just comoany didnt update phone numbers or madebit. Lear how to get shuttle from airport to hotel."

"Absolutely horrible unfortunately. Was trying to convince me that the parking was now randomly $10/night and would charge me a minimum of 3 days plus a shuttle fee. I tried to explain AND SHOW that I booked through Expedia and it states $7/night and she said I don’t have to stay here…which we packed up and left. After this disturbing experience, I did NOT feel safe especially while travelling with my son."
