"Very nice host lady, nicely equipped kitchen, multiple shared washrooms, and cozy place , very good outdoor setup as well."

"The staff was extremely helpful and kind, there are also multiple useful utilities inside to help travellers who come from or are going camping. Everything is kept clean and we had a great time!"

"Helpful staff! Breakfast was included and there was a variety of options."

"Kind hostess and clean room. Great value for the price."

"Confortable mais vieillot, August, le propriétaire est très sympathique. Plaisant de discuter avec lui au petit-déjeuner. L'accès au chalet est dangereux, sentier mal entretenu. Je recommande quand même cet hébergement."

"This was a great place to stay, although a little bit out of the way, still within striking distance of Selfoss. Being out in the sticks a bit I believed helped in our viewing of the northern lights while we were there - that was awesome. Bed was really comfy and the room well equipped. The shower was interesting since there was no door or curtain on one side so challenging to keep the water from going everywhere!! Hot tub was really nice - very relaxing - and the shared “kitchen/bar” area...

"We liked the location very much. The shower was amazing. We found parking near the hotel. The only thing is that we did not meet any staff member- the direction is posted at the front door."

"Loved it. Helena was so sweet! It was a joy to meet the goats (if you can make it for goat tour, it is one of our highlights of our trip). Super comfy bed, room has everything you could need (microwave, fridge, little kitchenette). Would happily recommend!"
