"Very dirty room, quite rude staff,unhelpful. The reception manager (female) shouted very loudly and aggressively at another guest telling them "the customer is not always right" and to wait their turn. In my opinion unacceptable behaviour as the man was simply trying to hand back in some pool cues ..."

"The room was such good value for money. The staff were so amazing, friendly and helpful! I was staying with my young child and we had a couple of issues with noisy neighbours etc but the staff were so kind and patient and swapped rooms for us. The pool was lovely!
