"Horrible from beginning to end. No towels to shower and took over 5 hour from front desk to get some, dirty cups/utensils in room kitchen, told to get ice from bar but nobody was ever there. Phone didn’t even work properly and calling front desk option inactive. Ruined our Romaric getaway."

"First of all I paid extra for the “Premium” room experience which was supposed to include snacks and egyptian sheets and luxurious towels….I get in the room (which wasn’t hard because the door frame was busted) and there are no snacks, stains all over the furniture and a HUGE cigarette burn in the comforter. I went to the front desk to request roach spray and the agent was kind enough to offer me another room. The second room was MUCH BETTER! Major improvement from the first. "hotel was clean , the only thing is the walls are very thin and you can hear your neighbors whether they are beside you or across from you. I did wish I was able to have a safe keeping from the hotel but they could not offer anything (I always get something small to add it to my collection) Other than that i recommend this hotel for anyone !
