"Greath staff"

"The room was small but adequate but the amenities were exceptional. More than enough food and drink available and all good quality. Do not be put off by external appearances."

"Si vous n’avez pas beaucoup d’argent, c’est un plan."

"I cannot stress how awful this place is! Please avoid it at all costs! I won’t be staying there if they pay me to stay there! 0 health and safety! Extremely filthy and really find it difficult to find words to describe it! Please avoid this place!"

"This was what I call a ‘flea bag’ motel. The place was cleaned , but run down. The bed was uncomfortable and an extremely outdated tv. It was noisy from the street, too. I didn’t like the inconsiderate nature of the staff. They were unnecessarily loud in the early morning while doing their work. I won’t stay here ever again."

"The room I had was massive considering the hotel is aimed at the budget end of the market. Very good transport links to & from the hotel. Including a tube station about 15 minutes walk. Very good location. There is even a medium sized supermarket about 15 minutes walk away."

"The carpet was disgusting, there were loud noise in the garden, the room was spelling cigarette and o could not sleep all night! It is not a hotel! It’s a converted old house which can never be marketed as a hotel! Avoid!"

"Vecchio, trasandato, puzzolente e invivibile. Unica cosa pulita le lenzuola. Bagno non in camera inutilizzabile."

"Clean room, great bar and restaurant. Also, directly across from mall and tube. To note, the steak house is no longer on property, even though the website says it is."
