Khách sạn Bloomingdale

"The staff were great, helpful and generous throughout our stay. The hotel is on the older side, so you will need to be okay with a little wear and tear around the edges. The pool is not operational, so that was a bit of a bummer for our son but Billie Creek Village is a 2 minute walk, so that made up for it. Parking is plentiful. We traveled from Montana to attend Bridge Festival. Being able to walk to Billie Creek and catch the free ride to downtown Rockville made our enjoyment of Bridge...

"The room was clean, spacious and quiet. Stayed for two nights and would recommend."

"Terrific"

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. The house keeping staff was amazing, so thoughtful and polite. It was great to be able to bring our dog and have plenty of area for them to walk and do there business."

"Didn’t like automatic coffee machine. Hallways needed a vacuum. Room was quite nice."

"Everyone was very nice and professional. Place was clean and room was great with comfortable beds!"

"Good for overnight stay."

"The room was clean and served its purpose; however, the hotel itself is very outdated. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the customer service at the front desk. The staff member who checked us in was rude and seemed unwilling to answer our questions. When we asked about extending our stay for one additional night, we were told she was too busy to assist us and that we needed to make another reservation online. We found this response unprofessional and unhelpful. Another major...

"This was an AWFUL experience. First, it should not be called a HOTEL when the room door opens up to the parking lot. But that was only the beginning... The front desk clerk was nice, but tried to charge me twice for the room. The room door did not seal properly, therefore the carpet in front of the door was soaking wet. The shade to the room window was broken. The pool was so incredibly cold that we could not swim in it. The hot tub was out of order and looked like it had been out of order...

"Good"

"I have stayed here many times over the years and it was much better. This time the room was dusty/dirty, the bedding was wet, like it skipped the dryer and went right on the bed. There was no way to adjust the temperature. The ice machine was broke. We checked in late in the evening and had to try to communicate through a glass window with the ice machine humming loudly right next to us. Not a good experience. I won't even mention the XXX girls sign at the business next door."

"We booked through a third party. We we checked in the desk clerk said the TV in our room only had two channels so she upgraded us to a suite at no extra charge and this hotel and the surrounding ones were booked up. She had to turn 2 different guests away while checking us in. Glad we booked when we did. The breakfast was awesome. Best biscuits and gravy I’ve had at a hotel buffet. The breakfast host was very friendly and asking guests if she could help them with anything. I highly recommend...

"El hotel estuvo fatal, falta se limpieza ! Me sentí super mal allí, pero tenía que dormir en algún lugar y fue el único q encontré disponible. De seguro pk nadie se ospeda allí. Insectos en el dormitorio y en la cama encontré arañas. Y NO HABIA DESAYUNO y el precio 120 dólares la noche. E estado en mejores lugares por menos. Fatal lugar para quedarse no lo recomiendo"
