"Hotel is a little dated but room and bathroom were very clean. Fan was provided so temperature was comfortable. Room spacious and will be great if you have dogs. Bed relatively comfortable. Minor gripe is that the shower gel was very watered down so no use really. Other than that it’s a good budget option for this location and I would definitely stay there again."

"Absolutely spot on. We expected quite simple / basic accommodation and were pleased to find it as anticipated - a small cabin like bedroom simply fitted out but completely adequate and spotlessly clean. We didn't arrive until just after 8pm but were cheerfully greeted by a very helpful Chris (despite him being towards the end of a busy day for him - when we arrived he was part of a small team clearing up after a wedding or birthday celebration of some size). He directed us towards a nearby place to eat as his kitchen had finished for the day. The cabin had a lovely outlook onto the golf course. After a great night's sleep we enjoyed a hearty, well cooked, breakfast and were well looked after by (i think) Megan (my apologies if I haven't got the name right - old age is a .....). The whole experience was great and if we need accommodation in the area again we would happily return. It did what was promised on the box but with a friendly and efficient approach by the staff. We could have paid a lot more for a less enjoyable experience. "

"Enjoyed a good stay just for one night. Family of 4. 2 Adults and 2 Kids. Facilities like the pool, the steam room and Jacuzzi worked as expected. There was a session in the pool that kept it busy for half an hour. Afterwards, it was less busy and more enjoyable. The food was great - both breakfast and lunch. Hotel comes recommended."
