"We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The room was very clean with a sufficient supply of towels/toilet paper, etc.and surprisingly quiet even though we were attending a convention while we were there The lady at check-in was also very polite and helpful and didn't make us feel like we were rushed. Our only disappointment was that the pool was being maintenanced and we couldn't use it, but the hotel did let us have access to the pool at another property close to this one. Would...

"Pool & jacuzy Rooms newly decorated nice . Cleaning staff did a great job. We didn't like the fact that we had to clear the living room moving furniture around , to be able to open the sofa bed to sleep. This should be done by staff."

"It was very difficult to get to the main lobby because of the retirement living on floors 1-4. We had to go out the back entrance and go around the hotel to get to amenities (front desk, indoor pool). We also asked the front desk for a couple of glasses for our room they said they would send them up we never received them. They room itself was clinical no decorations no lamps. The bathroom was ok. We will never stay at this hotel ever again."

"Literally the perfect stay. I have nothing bad to say. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating even though we came in at 11:30 at night after our other motel smelt like must and mould. The place was very nice and spacious, and all of the amenities were great. Will definitely be staying there next year."

"Hate to complain, but...... When you list a pool and hot tub I counted on using them. 2 days that I was there neither was working. The walls were so thin between units the gentleman next door woke me snoring. He was not loud and I sleep pretty soundly. You could hear the people having a regular conversation. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the amenities were nice. I just have a problem with advertised features that always seem to be down."

"The owner is Amazing! She is so accommodating and friendly. The breakfasts were fantastic in the gazebo. The beds are comfortable and the rooms quiet. I’d definitely stay there again if I’m in the area."

"The people at the front desk were extremely rude right upon check-in. We had friends come by for an hour or two and then they left but the property accused us of packing 5 people onto the property. They demanded our credit card information for check-in and wrote it down rather than just taking it for a security deposit. On top of that the room was extremely gross and smelled like mould and mildew, we had to check out and go book another hotel because after a few hours of being there, the smell...

"The room was very outdated. Had a bit of a musty smell. The windows were strange, they opened inwards and they were taped closed except for one. The screen needed to be cleaned. However the bathroom was very clean and bright and the bedding was also clean and fresh so for a place to crash for one night it will do."
