"I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt place last week. Unfortunately my travel companion left a sweatshirt behind.
Less than a week later I came in asking if it was in the lost and found and I was told to come back the following day.
When I returned they said they needed another 10 minutes to check. I went for a walk and came back waited for over a half an hour before asking again if they had found it and was told no.
Seems like they would have let me sit all day waiting for an answer if I hadn’t asked...

"The property overall was fair. Nothing Great!
The parking area felt okay but we had to pay for parking that we were pretty positive was included with our booking but could not find otherwise.
The halls and the elevator were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. This was not done while we were there.
The room needed some cleanup as well. The shower had some black around the door that appeared to possibly be mold.

"We took my granddaughter to utilize the pool on her school vacation week. Pool was.great, breakfast was awesome and I liked the later (11:00 AM) checkout so she was able to swim again in the morning. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was top notch. Only thing I was concerned with was the metal door stop on the floor in the bathroom right in front of the tub. When placing the towel on the floor, just be careful when stepping out of the tub, so you don't hurt yourself. 5 stars 🌟"

"The room was very clean, staff were wonderful, breakfast was very good, pool and hot tub was great! I would suggest not having a room facing the pool as it was very loud until 10pm. Which was understandable since at any given time there were 15-20 kids in the pool.
Staff was excellent !
Room was showing signs of age but still clean and comfortable. We will be back! "
