"Extremely Disappointing Stay at Comfort Inn
My experience at Comfort Inn was extremely disappointing. The facility was poorly maintained, cleanliness was unacceptable, basic amenities did not work properly, and the staff showed little to no concern about our concerns. This was far below the standards I expect from a hotel.
One of the first things we noticed was the smell of marijuana in the hallway by the office. The office door was open directly into the hall, and the odor was overwhelming....

"Room was adorable and comfortable with terrific views. Could see sunrise from the bed. Housekeeping could use a little work. Jet tub was a little dirty and glasses in cupboards were dirty. Understandable outside windows would be dirty but inside windows could use a little TLC. Linen left on balcony in front of room. Coffee available all day was great, very friendly staff. Restaurant noise was a little loud but when they were closed it was very peaceful. Close to restaurants and shops. Overall...

"I really enjoyed our stay and the bonus of being away from the city! It’s convenient to get to and from Portland/the highway systems! I just wish there were two nightstand tables instead of one so we could’ve plugged in our phones easier. The king room seemed to be set up for one person in mind. Otherwise it was pretty easy and great with welcoming staff!"

"The on-site bistro/bar was closed Friday evening upon our arrival, then closed completely on Saturday evening. One of the primary reasons we chose this property was for the amenities. The front desk was not helpful as far as accommodating a request for getting a beverage from the bistro and there were no adult beverages sold in the pantry. We didn’t rent a car for our short weekend stay hoping we could have all we needed at the hotel but that wasn’t the case.
Additionally, the tablet and...
