"The room smelled like cat urine or mold, the first room they booked us in i walked in on maintenance (holding a child and tons of luggage because no carts were available) had to go back down and get a new room.. lady didn’t know how so took a few minutes. the amenities were amazing, pools were clean and nice. balcony was the only nice thing about the room/ the bathroom too! Bathrooms were spacious and looked be upgraded nicely! i’d probably not stay here again just because the room smelt so bad...

"Well this is my third year here and this was the worse stay the majority of the park was closed our room tub was back up holding water so after two people shower it was filled to the top with water due to the clogged and tv in the room hdmi ports were modify so the kids couldn’t hook up there ps5"

"I normally never leave reviews but wanted to warn others. 1. They had maintenance going on which we understood but they could have most definitely tried to make up for the big area that was closed but they didn’t. On top of the large indoor part being closed the pool and lazy river outside was also closed due to “cleaning” honestly it didn’t look like there was much cleaning going on in the pool the workers were just standing around. 2. On top of so much being closed little food spots and such...
