Upon arrival, the escalator was broken, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the lobby. We were greeted, signing in was a breeze, and then the room. Hilton Beachfront Resort & Spa Hilton Head Island
Staff was wonderful!! Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom door slider was broken but was a minor issue. Still one of my favorite places to stay even when it was a Marriott property years ago.
