"The overall experience was great. Tiburon is lovely and this is a great location. The hotel rooms are clean and updated. The outdoor areas are very nice as well. Ice machine was broken for our whole stay. The shared outdoor areas need to be regularly tidied up. Otherwise everything was great. We will come again. "

"The beach was a 10 minutes walk from the property. The breakfast is basic including muffins apples and bananas cream cheese cereal coffee tea sandwich bread and cold boiled eggs that are store purchased. There is not real beach view, just a strip of the ocean seen remotely from the window. It is just good enough to stay for 1 night. You need to carry your luggage up the stairs as there is no elevators. Parking is free and uncovered. Pool is small and heated."

"Since I booked this through Expedia, I wasn’t able to select adding my dog. I wasn’t aware that I needed to so when we showed up, we were told they didn’t have any rooms left for a dog. Because we were late I told them we have no other choice so she let us stay but said it was a $75 pet fee. We were pretty much stuck so we stayed until the next day in which we were able to cancel and moved to a different hotel. Fortunately, we were able to get a refund on that second day.
