"The property is first of all strategically located, the property is very neat and could see improvements activities ongoing. Well respected and polite staff who are always ready to assist. "The staff is amazing. The room needed a clean. No screens on the windows. There is only 1 elevator so during check out time and with the housekeeping carts, the elevator wasn't worth waiting for. I would stay again because of the location, value and staff, but I would bring some cleaning items with me."

"We got there early and were able to park at the motel. Came back soon after check-in time. Got keys to our room. Found out the elevator was not working. Carried luggage to 3rd floor room. "It’s a nice little hotel perfect distance to everything and you’re right next to the palace of fine arts and the Golden Gate Bridge. As for the room it was spacious and had a mini fridge. The shower took a while to let out hot water and the knob was interesting to use. I couldn’t stay all three nights and the manager/owner didn’t let me get my refund back which sucked but other than that it was good."
