"It’s clean, smells good, staff really nice and helpful."

"I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. While the overall service was not bad, I had to deal with the strong smell of cigarettes and marijuana for 3 of those days. The smell wafted into my room during both the day and night, which made my stay very uncomfortable. It is truly disappointing that this issue was not properly managed or monitored, as the rest of the service was decent."

"This is a property my spouse and I used to frequent a lot when it was Four Points by Sheraton. It still has the warm reception staff, the on-point chefs for dinner on the rooftop, and for breakfast. The rooms are still nice and we got to laugh and reminisce. This property is just simply wonderful to us!"

"This is a small hotel in good condition. Only issues were lack electric plugs (old hotel) and lack of exhaust fan in windowless bathroom. Places to eat were within a couple of blocks. Nearby subway allowed for quick access to JFK or Times Square. Thought hotel was pricey, but that can change with time of year."

"I’ve stayed several times love the comfortable rooms , love the breakfast in the morning ! And even though the hotel feels full when you’re out of your room you can’t tell when you’re in your room !"

"The hotel was clean and was only a 10min walk to the subway, but everything else was not a good experience. The rooms are much smaller than pictured and was nearly impossible for 4 people, the room basically has space for the two beds and that's it. The worst part was the staff, we had an on-going issue of the room below ours having a screaming argument that came through the vents loud and clear, we called front desk and got hung up on multiple times and when we continued to call because we...
