"Erick at the front desk was very helpful. Super convenient location to the ferry to Mackinac island. Washers and dryers available for our laundry and I’ve machines to fill coolers. They allowed us to leave our vehicle there for our overnight visit to the island which was VERY helpful. You can walk to many things from the hotel. Would recommend as a budget friendly option."

"Clogged shower drain, broken door lock, broken towel rack, god awful breakfast plus it ended at 9AM in a tourist town!, could not get TV reception on the in-room TV, no room cleaning service other than towels on a $200+ room rate, trash in hallways, basically most everything sucked. "We had very pleasant interactions with the staff and the location couldn't have been more convenient to all the local shops, restaurants, and even the ferry to Mackinac Island. We were excited that our room was at the end of the building and hall as we hoped we'd have a window. We had a good laugh when our only view was the hallway. The room was very clean and the bathroom was too. We had a very good price for a room on a weekend and in week season. We just needed a clean place to rest our head...

"Check in on 6/15 for 3 nights. Went to the room , dropped off luggage, and toured downtown. Came back and checked the room. Disgusting, moldy bathroom ceiling and tiles, toilet cracked. Only 1 working light bulb in the bathroom ceiling, I went and got one from the front desk. No apology. Sink had no stopper. Coffee machine and fridge not working, plugged in the refer. First there was no coffee or cups left, got some from the housekeeper. After checking the coffee pot was moldy inside. Carpet...
