"The hotel is conveniently located in Bonassola, just minutes from the station and near the public beach, and includes a great breakfast. The 4th-floor terrace and lounge offer beautiful views and serve as a bar at night and a buffet in the morning. My sea-view room on the 3rd floor had a lovely view. The staff is friendly, and the hotel provides beach towels for guests (which was not specified online). Great experience and would come back again and again!"

"I had called the reception desk to ask for some ice, as I was really not feeling good and needed some cold water to cool myself down, as I think I was in the heat for too long. When I called the reception desk, I was told by Monia, to call up to the bar and that they would send me some ice. I called up to the bar and whoever answered the phone said they could not bring me any ice as it was too busy, and asked me if I could come up to the bar to get it. I explained that I wasn't feeling well and...

"The location is in the town centre, but very convenient and quite. The hotel is very well maintained and managed. The is friendly and paid attention to our personal needs, helping us to plan our trip to Cinque Terra and make dinner reservations at nice restaurants."
