"I am a frequent visitor to Coco Palm. The location is excellent. However, the property is tired. Great strides have been made with the changes to the dining and reception lobby areas. It is my hope that they can make changes to the bathrooms. They are seriously outdated...but I do understand that this will be a massive undertaking."

"The hotel, the rooms, and the furniture are all outdated. The furniture had stains on them. The ceiling looked like it was recovering from a leak. There were no activities offered at the hotel.
However, the staff were AWESOME !!! They made my stay worth it. It was my birthday and they showed me so much love.
The food options were limited (menu changes every two days) but the food was good and fresh.
The hotel was located next to lots of restaurants/bars/nightclubs.

"The welcome was amazing, checked in at 3 and room wasn't ready until after 5. Was sent to sports bar for lunch in the meantime to be told lunch doesn't start until 5 so had drinks.
Finally got to room for room to be wet. Took a nap and got up for dinner there was no running water to shower, I got room service instead.
Next morning still no water and I had to use the bathroom.
Went to breakfast to be served tea in a chipped teacup with lipstick stains, breakfast however was amazing, and spent...

The beach was gorgeous, with clear water and little fish swimming around us. We also enjoyed a couples massage, which added to the relaxation. Between the villa, the views, and the beach, we had so many...
