"The renovated rooms were great. Comfy bed, clean, and quiet. Fiby at the front desk was very nice and helpful. It’s walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants. Would definitely stay again. Good value for the price."

"We had the best stay here! The host was incredible. Super responsive, helpful, and gave us amazing recommendations that made our trip even better. The place was very clean and well kept. As a group of girls, we especially loved the long hallway mirror (such a small detail but SO appreciated for getting ready 😂). Everything about our stay was seamless, and the location was perfect. "The staff at this property are great. Everyone I interacted with was warm and friendly and the staff are the highlight of this hotel. The property itself is a bit tired and run down. It also wasn’t the cleanest, with hair on the towels, bits of things on the carpet, and a general shabbiness to the room. "Safe neighborhood, easy check in, clean."

"Overall the photos online present a much newer, cleaner environment. The place was old and a little run down. The woman at the front desk was very nice, taking our bags early and checking us in as soon as a room opened (1pm instead of 4) and had a coffee maker delivered to my room since we were leaving before they would have coffee ready for guests. But it was kind of a dump, glad I was only there for a night."

"Grossly dirty. Lobby is outdated and looks low end. All lobby seats are dirty and stained, cannot sit. Uncomfortable to relax anywhere. Food area looks depressing and floors in dining lounge by pool are stained and sticky and gross. Pool looks low end. Rooms are big but chairs and furniture old and falling apart. Staff friendliness and helpfulness widely varies. Bellhop overly chatty and entered our rooms during check in and overstayed - inappropriate and unsafe. Coffee and drink and food...

"Good price for location"

"You have to pay a daily fee after you spend 5.5k for your stay. This fee covers beach, chairs/umbrellas, pool access, two bottles waters, and bicycles for 2 hours a day. He are hunting down staff for 2 waters just to not die of hydration, beach umbrellas were never available. Be prepared to stand in a 1/4 mile line at 8:30am to get an umbrella, no pool seats available ever. All taken. You can use the cabana for an extra $550 for that day. lol. Nothing is available but they charge you anyway....

"The property seemed to be clean. If I could recommend a few items in the house. Vacuum/ broom, a garbage can in the bathroom curtains/ or upgraded shades. The family enjoyed the stay but definitely felt a bit uncomfortable, my boys are on the taller side and this unit was a bit tight for them. Our stay was short so give the price and the amenities it was fine. Thank you for have our family. "
