"The staff knew that they had no hot water because they told us that they had to close down for 2 days due to no hot water, but they had a repair man in earlier that day and they thought it had been fixed. It hadn't been. They did not tell us this in advance of our stay or when we checked in. We had to find out the hard way - with a cold shower."

"I requested hotels that allowed dogs as we have a rescue. The location indicated " Dog friendly" ..we called and asked and were told dogs are welcome, so we made the reservation. What we weren't told is that there would be a fee. Having used Expedia MANY times before, we were disappointed to find out that While dogs are welcome, they are welcome AFTER Expedia has gotten their money and now you'll face a 40.00$ fee for your pooch. It would be far more forthcoming if their website indicated dogs...

"A very nice family owned business. Great location with the casino and restaurant nearby. Just off the New York State thruway. Love having the coffee in the room, comfortable beds. All for a great price!"

"There were two issues with the stay. 1. Check in time was 3 PM but we could not check in even after 4:30 and had to wait as the room was not ready 2. Our 3 year old kid found a gummy in the couch. It’s risky, it was almost mistaken mistaken for a candy. Rest was good !"

"Not impressed with reception when we arrived. We checked in on-line before arrival, which did not save us any time at all in getting our room key. No friendly welcome by staff. Given an accessible room for some reason. It was not requested nor was it required. No closet, no mirror in room, only in the bathroom. Traffic noise and guests stomping around in room above ours made for very little sleep. Easy off and on to highway, so very convenient for overnight stop on road trip. Close to numerous...
