"We had a wonderful stay at J Resort! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The location is convenient, with easy access to downtown attractions. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend J Resort to anyone visiting Reno!"

"It is centrally located and ok restaurants. The room was nice but there was no towels, sink had mucus like someone blew their nasty nose. That was there when I showed up which means that room was not cleaned properly. Also, the AC did not work and the days I was there it was not hot I can't imagine how hot it would have been had I visited during a very hot day."

"Such a unique place to stay. Loved the vibe, loved the room. Decor is very cool and lots of thoughtful touches to make you feel welcome. Midtown is up and coming and it can be loud at night with the cruising and loud stereos but we were so relaxed in our room it didn’t bother us at all. We weren’t aware of the sauna until check out but the front office staff were kind enough to give us the code so we could check it out before we left. The sauna is an absolute vibe. "This property is utilized apparently by transient and possibly month-to-month renters, it feels very unsafe to be there and there’s a less than appealing contingent of people who seem to hang out on the corner of the building on the property. It is a crummy sort of motel which when I said, I thought it was a hotel. The reception person told me. Oh no it’s a hotel looking like a motel. That’s absolutely untrue, the doors seem to all open onto an outside parking lot. Overall, I would rate this...

"Rooms were Ok, A/C didn’t work and they would not change me rooms, TV was broken and had a big scratch on the screen, ants in the bathroom, homeless people walking all over the property at all hours."

"Decent breakfast. Great interior. I would recommend my friend to stay here and would be glad to revisit. One minor thing to improve is the sound insulation. The room next door kept opening and closing the door at midnight, and the motorcycle roaring at night, we all heard clearly and hard to sleep."

The walk to my room back and forth was horrible, No pool, no room service just unhelpful staff plus asking to have your room cleaned every day is ridiculous! Circus Circus is poorly managed and it's just a upscale chuckey cheese for adults. Don't waste your money here stay somewhere else."
