"Everything was excellent. Very nice clean rooms. Very helpful staff. Was only there for one night in way on home but will definitely be back when in the area. No need to change anything."

"We’ve stayed at this hotel before. It was a great experience then. This time the breakfast was less spectacular and we ended up in the “baby wing” (it looked like every room around us had at least one toddler). The crying from the various rooms was annoying. We ended up turning the room fan on high to drown out the noise. We won’t come back here again. "

"Hotel was clean and rooms were nice. Don’t stay in North Wing-our room was over housekeeping I’m guessing as we could hear carts being rolled around and people talking at 6am every morning. Loud argument outside our room at 6:30 another morning between a guest and hotel security. There was no sleeping in in the North Wing!"

"First of all, it took an hour from the airport to get a shuttle. Second of all, it took another 45 minutes to check in by the time we got there, only one one person work in the counter at a big resort. The air conditioning in our room did not work. It was set at 65 but the temperature remains 72. The internet also was slow or never worked. The pool is a joke. "The Element is a great hotel for Reno. Their breakfast was amazing! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. The bar was fabulous as well. The hotel does a lot of little things for the guests which was appreciated such as a happy hour, water and coffee available anytime. The only draw back is the hotel is located on a busy street so it can be loud in the evening."

"We found a lot of hair and makeup on our sheets and pillow cases before going to bed, but the customer service line helped right away with fresh lignins. People were fighting in the halls on the 19th floor. I called customer service and they responded right away to defuse the incident."

"Property location was great. There is a miscommunication between Expedia and that hotel though, if you book the accessibility room there is NO sofa bed like Expedia says they have! They didn’t tell us that when we checked in which was a huge bummer"

"Parking was easy, somewhat secure. Our TV didn’t work, which was frustrating. Some of the staff members were not very helpful. But, in the end, the manager made everything right. "

"Parking is horrible in the back, no feedback regarding our unused time (we left early, but not because of the motel), 90* outside and pool wasn’t open. It sufficed and was clean."
