"For our 4 night stay everything was good. Our room was spacious clean and comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel as we had catering at the FOCUS festival in Newark. The staff were cheerful and helpful. Our only gripe was that the lift was out of order for the whole 4 days, so we had a bit of a climb to the 2nd floor."

It’s an old old old very old building so I understand that it’s difficult to maintain the sash windows, I hope that they can make some progress with this over the next year or so"
