"A beautiful chateau with some very nice amenities . However, more renovations are still needed. The staff is small and at times stretched to accommodate all guests. I do say the staff works hard to try make everyone’s stay perfect."

"Good service but refurbished old hotel not completed to good standards. The rooms themselves are fine and look good and modern with a comfortable Hilton bed. Astheically it looks good, but the reality is it's a 1970s or older hotel which has been refreshed. Unfortunately items like windows (v thin and allowing lots of noise) and doors (not closing well) and old carpets, unrefurbished lifts let down the place. The staff are nice enough, but having expected a new hotel I was a bit let down by the...
