"Since we ordered the room on Orbitz, we did not know until we got there. The pool was not working. You go to Texas you expect to have a pool. When I asked him about it, "well you saw that on the website" is what I was told. They got into our room. The TV was not working. I travel around the world and around the country and I have never been in a hotel that did not have room darkening blinds that could close. This room had only shears that close and there were lots of lights shining in from outside. Went to breakfast Saturday morning there was nothing left and the person filling up Breakfast was very slow.. We were in a time crunch and had no time to wait. In just about about every hotel I visit, I feel welcome, I did not feel welcome there. It's almost like an imposition to even be there. The TV went out a second time while we were in the room. We went to Pampa for a graduation and we had planned to hang out in the pool during the weekend and we could not. My nephew and his family lives there and I plan to visit more often.. Both needs at the top sink form and I did not sleep well at all.. I will never stay there again.."
"Please do not stay with them. Reservation for a week and had something pop up and could not stay the last two nights. They will be nice and lie to your face about being able to get a refund. When I tried to get it they blamed Expedia for not giving it back when it is up to the hotel discretion. Customer service is terrible. Will not be staying again."
"They need to change thier ad.
It says they serve 'Breakfast' They do not have anything to eat at all.. Coffee wasn't to good either cold and week.
Nice place though."
"It was a typical Motel 6 in terms of the room and the amenities, acceptable, but nothing exceptional. There was one HUGE problem, though. The Wifi connection was absolutely horrible. I could not hold a connection, it kept dropping. This happened throughout the night and made my stay unpleasant and downright annoying. If in Borger again, I would go elsewhere."
"Rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was well maintained. Breakfast was average for hotels. There was a design flaw with the shower. You couldn’t enter the shower on the side where the water controls were which made it difficult to turn the water on without getting ice cold water spraying on you. I would highly recommend this hotel."
