"Fantastic stay, beautiful hotel and the rooftop pool and bar area are amazing...we spent all of our time up there. We had a 2 bedroom lake view apartment which was very comfortable, had all amenities we needed and a stunning view of the lake. Only slight drawback was that the balcony itself was not as clean as we would have expected. "

"Fantastic location close to Lake Garda seafront and restaurants with grocery store just 5 mins away. Bikes for rent on site through deposit only. Whole range of choice for breakfast in lovely quiet setting. Staff friendly and helpful, had early train to catch and they produced a breakfast box of food the night before at no extra cost. Nice clean pool on site never an issue with sunbeds which were always available. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again."

"Wir sind absolut begeisterst und kommen gerne nochmal. Die Zimmer sind neu, sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt: man läuft nicht lange zu verschiedenen Stränden und hat viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Die Möglichkeit kostenlos Fahrräder zu leihen ist toll, man kann damit leicht und schnell in die Altstadt fahren. Außerdem gibt es viele Parkplätze beim Hotel und sogar eine Tiefgarage. Das Frühstück war mein Highlight jeden Tag mit einer tollen Auswahl und guten Qualität!"

"Hotel Serenella was fantastic. It was located in a wonderful old part of the town. The staff was welcoming and professional. Everything could be reached by walking and there were wonderful restaurants to eat. Directions from the Hotel were excellent and they were very quick in responding to any of your questions.
