Pictures of the higher tier "apartment" were listed under the lower tier "studio" and the room I ended up with was a complete mismatch of what I booked, and was in poor condition. I contacted the property and they did not acknowledge my comments and refused to offer a better room. They kept repeating the same response like a robot: They don't have other rooms in the same category. Period. I had to leave the property and...

"Clean room, comfy bed, plenty of tea and coffee in the room, lots of pubs and restaurants within walking distance, train station to get into Central London is 5 mins walk away, will definitely come here again."

"Nice flats. Next to railway station so if you are a sensitive sleeper bring ear plugs. Very well maintained place. Not much of amenities but WiFi is very good. In 4 days cleaning was only once. You need to request it and they don’t have it on weekends"

"The location was fantastic - it was on a very quiet side street only a couple minutes walk from restaurants, the tube and a supermarket. The staff were friendly, and always willing and able to help. The room was basic, but had working air conditioning and a very convenient kitchen area, with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator, which all came in handy. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but everything else was great."
