"This property is well located for seeing the sights in London. We stayed with 2 children ages 10 and 12, and all of us found the flat comfortable and clean. Lots of easy access to bus and underground stations. Walkable to many attractions. Building and area felt safe. We appreciated having the kitchen and washing machine for travelling with the family. Would stay here again without hesitation. Great location"

"Timely communication. Entry to property was easy with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean and with everything you need. Just one comment, make sure you bring milk for your cuppa. Tea, coffee and sugar available but no milk. Ideal location as we wanted to visit London lights and markets. Leicester Square nearby and tube station not far. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."

"Ideally located for sightseeing holiday. Short walk to museums and South Kensington,and a few minutes walk to the tube for access to most sights. Quite, safe street with Sainsburys next door for all shopping needs. Apartment spotless with good facilities (although cupboards a bit too high for small me). Staff friendly and reception manned for check in. Will be back! "

"The apartment was beautiful however it had a terrible stench. It smelled like a mixture of mold and sewage; the beds were also on the smaller side more fitting for one person. We had to purchase freshners and open the balcony door to lighten the smell. Besides that it was an ok experience "

"The owner of gave me physical keys when checking in. The owner then, because I had been away from my room for part of my stay, rented my room to someone else, giving them another set of keys. That person was very upset and surprised when I opened the door. The second set of keys was left with that new occupant to prevent the owner from giving the keys out yet again, The owner refused to address this obvious and serious lapse in security. I simply asked to compensared for two nights of my seven...
