"Room was new so was nice , but was sold to me as air conditioning but was given a fan Which u couldn’t even fell the air coming from it , the room was boiling . No TV areal and couldn’t connect TV to pub wi fi , uses loads of my own Data . Noisy awful singing from the bar downstairs till 2 am , then fighting on the sea front at 4.30 am . Just all in all the worst night we have stayed away"

"This property is immaculate. The garden was lovely and offers shade and sun. The owner is such a nice gentleman and cannot do enough for the guests. My bedroom was large and comfortable. The shower in the bath was powerful and it makes such a great change to be provided with large bath towels. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was great with lots of variety! Fresh fruit and juice as well as a choices of cooked options. Id stay here again in a heartbeat."

"There were two restaurants near one Greek and one Latin American we tried the latter and it was good, the Greek one was closed Monday. Staff were welcoming, small family run hotel so personal. Nice bar area. Breakfast was included (continental) but they did offer boiled eggs or bacon bap or sausage bap in the morning."

"The biggest issue was : no Air Conditioning. Very hot room and corridors. Other issues were small, but added up: Kids playing in reception/compass/entrance, shower door wrong way around, shower not draining, bar staff not always available, one lift not working - little things that could easily improve with care and attention, which you would expect at a good hotel."

"The hotel was great the air conditioning could not cool the room off enough for our liking during the heat dome we experienced. The breakfast was very nice the restaurant was imho over priced for what you got and the younger staff could have smiled and been a little friendlier."

"Has a cafe bar which is used for meals and has lovely food, the management and staff are really helpful. Loads of parking. No aircon but that is something they could look at going forward."

"The room needs a lot of maintenance. The door is swollen and almost impossible to open, close and lock. The one window needs to be replaced. The lamp light had to be replaced, as well as the TV. The amenities in the bathroom were extremely sparse. There were no facial tissues. The patio was full of weeds. Breakfast was the best meal. All the staff were very nice and provided excellent service"

"Very nice chalet indeed. I was only there for one night as i was working in the hospital. And sadly didn't get much chance to look around the farm and animals. But the chalets are set in beautiful surroundings. Inside the chalets there is a small but functional kitchenette with fridge, microwave a plug in hob and all the utensils you could need. "A lovely little hotel a couple of minutes walk away from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the theatre and restaurants. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable … quite a small bathroom but fine for a night’s stay. It was quite warm in the room and we couldn’t open one of the windows as the latch was broken.
