"Staff was get. for me personally it was hard getting to the room. All the luggage had to be brought in thru the lobby taken on a small evavator than walked back out to the room on the second floor. "The hotel itself was good, the breakfast was hot and had good variety. The only thing that really ruined the experience was having to wait 1:25 for the shuttle from the airport. First I was told to look for a Holiday Inn Express shuttle, and it would be 40 minutes. After 45 minutes I called back and they said it was coming. After an hour they said to look for a Candlewood shuttle. After 1:15 they said it was at the airport, and then it finally got to us and the driver said the bus was full."
