"We visited Krakow in December 2025 specifically for the Christmas Market and stayed at Hotel Polski Pod Bialym Orlem. What a joy! The location in Old Town Krakow can't be beat - it's literally walking distance to most attractions within Old Town. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and the historical ambiance of the hotel was weaved throughout the property. "The apartment was as described and actually better than the photos. Warm, clean, spacious & comfortable. Check in via a code & lock box was simple. The location in the heart of the old town was fantastic, 3 minutes walk from the Main Square. A convenience store is right next door plus some lovely small restaurants on the same street. Joanna was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. We had a wonderful stay."
