"Facility was okay to be honest. Room had loose flooring. Bed was comfortable but during the night I was bitten by something. Either a spider or something else. Floors in room were very dirty, make sure you have socks to wear. Ice machine on 3rd floor had no ice and was not replenished during the duration of our stay."

"The staff was very helpful and nice. When I arrived at Eaglewood Resort and spa, I needed some cough drops, which the store there didn't have, so one of the managers had some personal ones and gave me some. I also had a medical emergency, the staff was very helpful before, during, and after the emergency. The staff treated me like a family member. The room I was in was very quiet, great insulation. I went to the grill and bar for dinner and had a cesar salad. What I got was the best salad...

"Safe location, basic amenities, Plastic ziplock bag left in the Shower when we arrived, a few clear blood stains in fabric of couch, staff gave us 2 free breakfast tickets, for a comp, there was one person in the restaurant serving the whole room of 8 families so we left"

"Breakfast offered a variety of options for every appetite. Bed was super comfortable, room set up was logical and spacious. Shower had great water pressure. A/C perfect. Staff are consistently helpful and welcoming. They have been currently remodeling when we were there in October 2025 and now still in May 2026, but it doesn’t affect our stay and it enhances the property. This is our go to place as we have family in the area and it’s reasonably priced. We will be back in June 2026 for a family...

"Check in was great Hotel clean. My biggest issue with my stay is that I booked through Expedia. For some reason I thought I had booked for two nights instead of one. Instead of a phone call, they packed all my belongings in a garbage bag and had them at the front desk. Nothing was missing, so I give them credit for that. When I asked if another room was available, they said I had to do it online. I ended up going to another hotel."
