Hotels are surprisingly expensive in the Norwalk / Stamford area so shopping for a deal is critical. At this price point through Expedia breakfast was NOT included, so a hotel that includes breakfast may be a better value. "We were incredibly disappointed with our recent stay at this hotel. When we booked, no one mentioned that the entire floor and amenities had been reserved out by a private group for Shabbos which completely ruined our weekend. We were completely barred from using the pool and the hot tub because the private group had locked them down. The common areas in the hotel lobby were completely taken over by the event. "we booked a room for 4 people with two beds, and they gave us 2 towels, when we asked for more they did not have any and said they ran out of towels. next day we asked again, and got a lot of attitude about asking for an extra 2 towels when we booked it for 4 people."

"Tiara and Milagros were excellent checking in our group of multiple rooms. The room & bathroom were very clean. The only complaint we had were the upstairs guests, loud, walking back and forth all night, moving furniture until 9am. And they were chain smoking in the bathroom, it was going thru the vents. :-( Breakfast? What breakfast, coffee ran out."

But this last time, the TV remote only worked if I was 3 inches away from the TV and the hot water took about 10 minutes to warm up in the evening. It warmed up right away in the morning."

"The walls are paper thin, we heard every door slam shut, people in the hallways, very hard time sleeping. Housekeeping came at 9:30 am, I answered the door and the lady saw that i was half asleep and kind of walked away.
