"it was a clean room and the staff was quite pleasant(Jay), there was ample parking however the breakfast was lacking. I suggest possibly some fruit like bananas or oranges and maybe some yogurt. But if you’re looking for a no-frills hotel for the money, it was fine."

"Everything was great including the breakfast and the free shuttle. Staff even gave us free bottled water when we checked in which was so wonderful since we flew in, didn't have a car and differences in local drinking water often upsets my digestion. Just what we needed after a long international flight."

"I was overall happy with this hotel. They are undergoing construction right now and we were the room at the end of the block, meaning we were woken up by building sounds and drilling around 7am each morning. Without this, the hotel would have been really great. I wished the breakfast restaurant had an a la cart option, vs the flat $25 buffet, because I don't eat that much for breakfast, especially before a trade show. "

"Property has a shuttle to and from hotel, which is great. Location is close to airport, just across convention center. Front desk did not want to accommodate early check in, which was very inconvenient."

"Rooms were okay. We reserved a room that was supposed to accommodate 4 but realistically was good for 2. The pull out sofa bed was THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE thing. I ended up sleeping on the floor. We had to request towels, pillows, sheets. The staff at the bar and coffee shop were very nice. Wasn’t a bad stay, just kind of meh."

"I booked three rooms at this hotel. They were all suites. They were all very clean. The hotel was quiet and a very good area where there was plenty of restaurant options and we thoroughly enjoyed it."

"Check in took a bit longer than expected which seemed to be due to staffing issues. The room was clean and ready for us upon check in. The parking available through the hotel and also the long-term airport parking were a bit confusing for our stay and we left for our trip still unsure of if we were in the correct parking area. Overall we would stay again and would like to use the pool next time!"

"This is our 4th or 5th time in Chicago and this is always our go to hotel because the people are super nice and easy to get to everything you need. Priced very well too."

"YES, the breakfast was good. The room was clean. We were very surprised with payed parking! We gave $32 for 24 hours but our stay was only 17 hours! Never nobody requires a payment for hotel stay!"
