"The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room was horrible. The sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean, I have no complaints about that. The CARPET in the room is filthy! We walked barefoot for a few minutes and our feet were black. Also, I let my baby crawl around for about 10 min, because he was tired of sitting in a car seat all day, and his knees and socks were also black from the dirty carpet. I’m not over exaggerating. It started raining right when I checked in so we were unable to unload our luggage until the rain stopped later that evening. There was air conditioning on the upper floors but you could feel the heat rising up the elevator shafts. My room had a king bed with sheets the did not look altogether clean on one side so I kept to the other side. The room was large but looked weird with furniture only taking up 1/3 of the room. "I am a non smoker but one would believe I was if you were to walk in my room. My room was reeked of weed. I endured two nights of that! When I told front desk, the guy there said he couldn't smell anything but it might be cigarettes. Either way it was most uncomfortable. Room.never got cleaned linens were never changed, and I was there for four nights!"

"I liked the staff, location, breakfast. You are in Town Center with plenty of shopping and dinning in walking distance. The room was excellent with a kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of water pressure for a good shower."

"The property is very old and in need of repair. Walking into the lobby had the smell of something dead masked with the smell of bleach. The guess toilets off the side of the lobby were a mess. 1 out of service the other was like an explosion of feaces. Walking to the rooms, you could feel loose boards under your feet as you stepped. Once in the room, everything worked. The windows were foggy and old. 1st morning had coffee available in the lobby 2nd morning nothing. I checked out early."
