"The floor in my room was not mopped,I stayed for 4 nights and during that time my room was not serviced at all during my stay.My trashed was not change,no new sheets on the bed.And toiletrees were not stocked.Floor was not mopped.For the priced I paid, I would imagine that would have a clean and proper stocked amenities in my room.Very disappointed!!!"

"It was my birthday weekend & I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The location is super convenient and made getting around really easy. The hotel itself has a modern feel, and the room setup was clean, stylish, and comfortable. I especially loved the walk-in shower—it definitely added a nice touch. "This hotel does not offer complementary breakfast however you are able to purchase breakfast. Also, they charge $10 per day for parking even though there is a theater on the other side of the parking lot. Looks like a money, grabbed me."

"Some of the doors don’t close. Customer Sevice is just OK. If you book for four people don’t expect to find pillows or towels for the other 2 people. You actually have to request them and they’re not always available. Good luck "

"We got this property because we could take our small dog. They do amazing with that and our room was big and spacious. We had more than enough room for our baby’s pack n play. The biggest downside was this hotel did not have hot water for our baby’s shower or any shower during our stay. It was difficult to give our baby a bath here. We were also under the impression we would get a bathtub but we got a shower. Other than this hiccup, it was a good stay and it was clean. "

"This is a beautiful, new and modern Hilton. Staff was helpful and friendly. Stayed at Hilton on Mayo campus for ease of getting to appointment. You can leave your car parked at hotel and the free shuttle takes you right to the door of any Mayo building you need dropped off at. Saves time on looking for parking and walking to building for appointment. They have a bar if you choose to visit. A gorgeous outdoor pool. A wonderful breakfast for an additional cost, if wanting breakfast. Well...
