"Really horrible for the price, motel experience at best "

"Overall stay was fine but the property outside was unsafe. They had a big snow storm WEEKS prior to my stay yet had not properly cleared the parking lot. It was icy and unsafe and was difficult to find parking as a result. Keeping your parking lot clean and safe should be a number 1 priority. "

"The room had been renovated on a budget but it was sufficient for what I needed. The parking lot was a complete nightmare. There are clearly families living in this complex who have multiple vehicles parked as I could only find one open spot and some areas had people double parked. The staff was very nice and friendly the surrounding area was great - very convenient. "

"I checked in at 3:15 and immediately upon entering my room, I noticed that it was warm. I set the thermostat to 67 and saw no change. Contacted the front desk and a technician was dispatched. He literally replace the unit 2 times. After initially working, the unit quit working properly. Needless to say, it was a very hot night. As I was leaving in the early morning, I spoke to the front desk clerk and he said he would let the manager know. Very disappointed!"
