2. Housekeeping for our 3 rooms was terrible. After the 1st day they had no time to clean our rooms. 2nd, 3rd, and 4th days of they were reminded, knocked on the door and asked if we needed towels. Had to ask to empty trash cans."

We could not access the property after 3 failed attempts to contact Mint House standing outside the property for over one hour in 90 degree weather in Tampa, Florida. They do not accept Expedia's Itinerary number and would only honor their booking number which was never given to us by Expedia.

"It was not great for the price. I don't know if they just gave me the crappiest room, but the bathroom was a hot mess. There was rust all over the bathroom door and frame.
