"The spotless clean room. The "little" breakfast offered in a bag at the door hook. The coffee maker in the room, plus the free supply of coffee and water on demand. The big bathroom and room ( we had cosy room park view ). The big and very comfortable bed and pillows. The good wine list at the bar and at the restaurant. Nice and helpfull staff at the reception and at the restaurant."

"The staff were excellent, especially Jose who was polite, welcoming and very helpful. The bedroom was a delight with a comfortable oversized bed. The bathroom felt a little tired in design and condition but was very clean and well kept. Despite proximity to the runway at Heathrow there was no noticeable noise whatsoever. Highly recommended. Very highly recommended when considering the price."
