"Lovely, friendly staff. We had 2 dogs with us and they were welcomed very nicely. The food in the restaurant was very average, although breakfast was excellent. We had a king sized room, which was in my opinion very small. The room was very hot, a fan or air conditioning would be something to consider? The bed was comfortable. Having 2 reasonably large dogs, negotiating the upper floor was relatively difficult."

"There was a large party downstairs (floor below) on the Saturday night we stayed there. Music from DJ was very loud and pounding/felt in our room until after midnight preventing sleep. The Restaurant was unavailable due to the party. I wouldn’t recommend booking a room on this property when the downstairs facilities are booked in this way."

"I confess that I was a bit disappointed when I first arrived - but the room was big and well appointed with an updated bathroom, and changed my tune., it’s walking distance to everything in town.
