"Very noisy doors. As it’s an airport hotel people are leaving early, very early, in the morning to catch their flights. The noise of room doors closing woke me up twice!"

"Beautiful, spacious and clean room! "

"The staff were excellent and very welcoming. However, after a long flight we really needed rest and a chance to recharge our devices. There was not one USB outlet in the room which was very inconvenient. We were also disappointed that there was no hot water for showers in the morning."

"Staff were wonderful! Pub is great! Room is clean and livable, but for the life of me i cannot figure out where the mosquitos are getting in. All widows were closed, and we had 30+ mosquitos in our room (and some cute baby geckos). While i understand its queensland and these things happen, they just keep coming! We had room 3. Besides the mossies and the baby gecko guests we had a great stay. "

"Very convenient location! Good access to Public Transportation and Great Shopping adjacent to the Hotel! Unfortunately, the Hotel room had VERY Poor Internet (SLOW and got disconnected several times). Also what Hotel does not have Facial tissue int the rooms?!?"

"Idéalement situé dans le secteur sud de Brisbane. Doté d’une très belle piscine sur le toit. A distance de marche des musées et du secteur commercial. Personnel très sympathique."

"The owners of this property are lovely. The is now a cafe there too. What made my stay was a Lindt ball and a biscuit in my room when I arrived. I see less of this these days and was wrapped to see them. Car parking is easy and it’s close to the airport. Nice fresh clean rooms. Oh and a extra pullout mirror to help with makeup. I was grateful that I didn’t have to go out for a meal and have a generous serve chicken schnitzel and eggs and bacon breakfast."

"The boom gate on the car park was not working when we arrived but was repaired by the time we left. One of the two lifts was not working for all of our stay. Our bathroom sink plug was stuck but one of the staff managed to dislodge it. "

"Clean room, comfortable bed."

"The room was in good condition however there instances were the fan in the living/dinning room wasn’t working at all. We also had issues accessing the WIFI throughout our stay at the hotel. Towels were also not changed until or unless we were there for 8 or more days and there were no longer extra blankets kept up in the wardrobes like before. Also anything else we wanted was at a cost."
