"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t thank this hotel and their staff enough for their kindness. After being forced to leave the motel across the street, I was outside in the Texas heat with my children and had nowhere to go while I waited for a friend to bring the deposit. Instead of turning us away, the staff allowed us to wait safely in the lobby until I could pay the deposit and check in. That simple act of compassion meant more than they probably realize.
