The breakfast food was not very good. The breakfast area was kind of dirty. There were probably a couple of hundred people going through there touching the tongs, but there was not a single hand sanitizer to be found. And this was at the height of flu season. Pretty gross.

Called 2 weeks prior to request early check in. It was granted and even followed up the day prior to arrival to confirm. It was confirmed. Also they confirmed our truck woukd fit in valet parking. Hollywood Casino & Hotel St. Louis
Horrible banging all night long every 30 seconds bang bang bang stayed in the same room two years ago did the same thing then I videotaped the sound showed up to them. They did nothing about it for two years.
