"The room is clean, but it has a musty smell. The bath towels are stained, and there was poor communication. I was supposed to get email 24 hours in advance to check in, but I didn’t, so I had to call the host. Thankfully, she replied promptly. Other than that, the room is quiet, and the price is reasonable."

Toilet Seat was broken and was never cleaned, It had some kind of stains around the toilet bowl, there was no cleaning staff. I had no toilet paper called for room service to bring me some and I was told to come down and get it. Never received fresh towels or had my bed changed. I put my garbage...
