"The hotel staff was terrific from check in to any of our needs being met. All so friendly and helpful! Would stay here again just because of them. The whole property is clean and well taken care of. Loved our king room which had a compact but perfectly laid room design."

"I stayed here bc I got into town around 2 am. Most hotels in the area have a cut off time for check in. I was only on the property for 5 hours, but the room was clean and the guy who checked me in was nice."

"Disappointed in the room. The door was damaged on the hinge side and when we arrived the door could be pushed open without the key card. We had to make sure the door was closed securely each time we opened and closed it. We stayed 3 nights. The second day I asked the maid in the hallway to clean our room and bring towels and toilet paper. We were gone all day at a celebration of life and returned to our hotel exhausted. Our room was not cleaned. Our trash cans were full, we needed towels and...

"Let me just start with the room, it was spacious it was modern it was quit, and clean! and beds were very comfortable, now the staff, staff is amazing quickly proceed our incoming and outgoing stay, The parking lot is safely lit and fenced in on the property. The check out time is a winner 11:00 am !! And the breakfast is amazing!!!"

"All the staff were friendly and helpful, room and amenities were clean and updated. Breakfast was great. Today was Mother’s Day and one of the staff members working the breakfast gave a rose to the mom guests - such a thought and appreciated gesture! Would definitely stay here again."

"Bugs in room because the windows were left open before we arrive and ants on both beds. I paid over $700 for a suite and was not left satisfied with my stay. May I add that the toilet did not work for the first day and had to fill the trash can with water to force flush."

"I had a reservation that was completely PAID for, I called at 6:30pm to let them know I would be a late check in, I was told they gave away my queen size bed and they only had a room with 2 doubles, I told them whatever that’s fine I’ll still take it. Well when we showed up after our concert, at midnight mind you, they told me they gave my room away again. Like what???! That’s crazy, they told me some weird crap about the house keeper not being able to clean rooms, not sure how that’s my problem...

"Everything was great. Would have given 5 stars, just the breakfast lacks…… When a property offers breakfast with a room, a “continental breakfast” means mostly crap. Otherwise the room, the property, the staff, the cleanliness was all great."
