"The front desk staff were kind and helpful. The property was very clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Taking the shuttle to the airport is easy, and while the shuttle driver was friendly, he never offered to help me with my luggage while I was getting on the shuttle, nor when I was getting off the shuttle. While I’m capable of doing many things myself, I’m a “senior” woman and only had 1 carry-on suitcase, so it would’ve been nice if we would have offered some assistance."

"The staff was great, the room sufficed for our short (layover) stay, and the breakfast was fine. There appeared to be only one airport shuttle bus running which, with all of the traffic at LAX, was slow (we waited for over a half hour to be picked up while multiple shuttle buses for other hotels circled by) and led to crowding on the shuttle. We took a Lyft back to LAX to ensure that we could be able to make our morning flight out."

"Classic American Motel with zero security as car part is an open car park with no fencing or edges so anyone passing by can see what you are taking from the car. Entrance is also open so anyone can knock on your door or window. Overall property was clean and location is handy when catching a flight the day. But my biggest concern was security. It’s too open."
