"Lovely property.
Front desk staff very helpful. Requested housecoats and slippers, slippers never came, housecoats was the rattiest thing I have seen, would fit a child and both had no ties. I stayed two days and they never vacuumed my room and there was a spider on the ceiling and a huge cobweb in the window that I cleaned. I had to ask three different people to fix the safe before it was fixed.
Dining staff was extremely slow with picking up dishes and the food was not very flavourful for...

"The grounds and the old manor hall are beautiful lots of wildlife and birds. The spa / leisure centre is also very good but is ran by a seperate company to the main hotel which why it might explain it is better ran than the main hotel.
We enjoyed our stay and the room (double suite in main hall building ) was good and spacious including a/c.
A few things lacking ... service can be slow at the bar, some friends tried to get flowers out in our room and hotel was very unhelpful. The rooms in the...

"The room was clean and the complimentary beverages were well stocked.
All the staff were friendly and welcoming. We ate a light bite in the bar which was good value for the money and tasty.
We have stayed before and the air conditioning was not working, this problem has not been resolved and the air conditioning and bathroom fan did not work during this stay. This was a problem with temperatures of 30 degrees outside.
The hotel is in a convenient location."

"Great hotel, pool and play spaces excellent, restaurant and food options good too. Nice family or celebration venue. Helpful and friendly staff. No room aircon but good fan, and restaurant aircon very effective for a chill out! 👍"

"Really nice b&b in an historic and interesting house.
Host was really friendly and breakfasts were really good.
Large bedroom, plenty of space for clothes.
Right opposite the Abbey and near local amenities.
Would certainly return."
