"Basic, decent clean room with working shower and A/C. The property appears more rundown than photos would suggest but there is a pool that appears to be in good working order. Breakfast was convenient and cheap. Quiet and safe location. We prefer to stay walkable to Casco Viejo so it seemed far to us but the price was good if you don’t mind Uber or you have a car. Friendly and accommodating staff."

"Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight."

"We arrived early and we're greeted by friendly staff. We stored our baggage in the office and came back later to check in. Our room was spacious and clean. This is an old building so it's not flash by any extent but it is clean, convieniant to Casco Viejo and quiet. Perfect for our 1 night stop in Panama City"

"The company did not respond to emails, phone calls,etc. They sent me the code to get in a few hours before I got off my cruise ship. By this time I booked a new hotel.They would not give me a refund. In retrospect I'm glad I rebooked even though I lost the money because the place is in a dangerous neighborhood and we would not have been able to walk around with day and night."

"The door handle broke and we got locked in the room, then that night a high pitched alarm went off and I had to call multiple times for someone to turn it off. They did after an hour or more and then it came back on a few hours later. No offer of apology or compensation for lost sleep. The staff is wonderful. "Cannot say enough great things about this hotel! Upon arrival, they informed us of a malfunctioning AC in our room with Twin Beds and instead, they upgraded us to two separate rooms with Queen beds!
