Balcony overlooking the loch. Staff all helpful and professional. Door man ace! Spa peaceful and tranquil. Both dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Would recommend the experience."

"Everything was excellent but our cottage was already at 3 but we had to pay an early check in fee. Why?? If it was already for us. We didn’t want the hassle of just hanging around for an hour so I paid it. Left a bit of a bad taste"

"The room was nice, view's are spectacular. However the hotel itself is tired needs updating even just a lick of pain, new flooring etc would work. Beautiful walks and grounds. Staff were lovely and friendly. Food was ok nothing special but not expensive. The pictures in the website wasn't a true representation of the hotel as I said needs a good update and clean. The bath in our room needs replacing asap I'd say. However everything else was good"
