"Room was so hot. 75 degrees, we contacted the front desk and they told my husband to take it apart and try to fix it which made no sense.. like we're the guests!! Send maintenance to come and fix it! They told us there was nothing else they could do since what my husband did didn't work. "

"This hotel is the worst I've stayed in! The TV didn't work, there was almost no toilet paper, towels, no telephone connection cable. Finding someone at the front desk was iffy at best.

"Property was pristine. Property did allow pets, but we didn't bring any. Overall, our stay was pleasant, but the slamming of doors was a bit much.
