"Great experience. Hot breakfast that changed daily, fitness room, regular rooms all clean. Good variety of snacks available. Negative is that the pool heater didn't work for the 4 days I was there and it didn't seem the staff was expecting it to be fixed and some didn't know it needed to be fixed."

"There was bugs all over my room. I went to talk to the front staff and was just told to call back the next day to see what we can do about the issue. I left they didn’t offer another room or a refund. I called back and spoke with the GA and she said she would call me back to let me know what we can do about the issue. never heard anything back. "

"Great hotel if you're wanting to go shopping. It's close to Woodfield Mall and all the other shopping areas nearby. There are restaurants close by as well. Free breakfast was good and the staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and accommodating. My only complaint is that you can hear literally everything that is happening outside your door and above your head. It didn't have much impact on our stay, but it was a bit noisy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stay for people who are...

"Beds are like rocks. Asked for help nothing from staff or manager. Ran outa hot water. Kids playing soccer in halls extra charge for service animal without telling you."

"Property looks clean but i dont know about any other rooms but my rooms the carpet and sofa smelled like dogs urine i guess I was given a room that dogs are allowed to stay i dont know why I didn't travel with pets."

"Over all this was an excellent property. However, we were in room 211. Directly outside our window was a noisy fan that turned on and off constantly. All night. Very irritating. If we had not been so busy while we were there, we would have requested another room."
